It was a great weekend. Pulley Puppets had a great time performing at the SCERA. Jungle Fever is a show that takes you on a jungle safari with fun animal tales. A Safari guide tells stories both new and old or I should say both familiar and not so familiar. The show starts off with the classical telling of the Lion and the Mouse. Then a twist on the Little Red Hen to the Little Grey Parrot who finds a sack and yams. She tries to get her friends to help her. Then the kids were up on their feet dancing and moving to some fun jungle songs. Last we finished the performance with an Anasi tell. Anansi is a tricky little spider from Africa. He finds a magical rock and plays mean tricks on his friends, all the while a little bush deer is keeping his eye on the situation. Will bush deer be able to stop Anansi?
